This article will guide you on how to connect the Bloom Intelligence dashboard to your Zapier account!
Step 1: Go to Zapier.com
Step 2: If you have a Zapier account, then please log in. If not, then please sign up.
Step 3: Search for Bloom Intelligence
Step 4: Click "Accept Invite & Build a Zap."
Step 5: Click on "Make a Zap"
Step 6: This is the first action that needs to be taken, since we are sending data from the Bloom dashboard to another platform of your choice. Please type "Bloom Intelligence" in the search field. You will see the Bloom Intelligence icon populate. Select that application.
Step 7: You will choose the type of action you are looking for in this step. The actions available are:
- Customer Login: Triggers when there is a guest login. This guest can be a return customer who has logged in previously.
- Customer Registration: Triggers when there is a new guest login. This guest is logging in for the first time.
Once decided, then please move to the next step.
Step 8: Sign in to your Bloom Intelligence Dashboard
Step 9: Hit "Yes, Continue" after you login.
Step 10: If you have multiple locations, then this is an important step. You will need to pick the location where the data will be transferred. After your location has been selected, then press Continue.
Step 11: We recommend that you test your first Action. Then, hit continue.
Step 12: Your first action is complete!
Step 13: The next step for you is to begin Action No. 2. This is where you will decide which platform you want to transfer the data collected from the Bloom Intelligence. We have several different platforms that we can choose to send the data. Therefore, we cannot be specific. Generally, you would follow the steps below: Good Luck!
