Intermittent Connection

If you are experiencing a spotty internet connection then walk through the following steps.

If you have another available internet network, then log into your dashboard so you can monitor the status of your router. 

  1. Verify that one end of the power cable is securely connected to the wall outlet or power strip and the other end is securely connected to the Gazella router. 
  2. Verify that one end of the power cable is securely connected to the wall outlet or power strip and the other end is securely connected to their existing router/modem.
  3. Verify that one end of the ethernet cable is securely connected to the blue port on the Gazella router.
  4. Verify that the other end is securely connected to an ethernet or LAN port on their existing router/modem.

 

Once everything is securely plugged in and router shows online in your locations page:

 

  1. Verify that you see your SSID (network name) in the available networks.
  2. If you do see your SSID then attempt to log into their Gazella network. 
  3. If you don't see your SSID then refer to the section below.

 

If they are having trouble connecting still:

 Please take screenshots of whatever error you are encountering and send them to support@gazellawifi.com.

We will then look further into the issue and give you a call once we diagnose and solve the issue.
